Broccoli And Rice Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c. cooked rice2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. garlic-cheese croutons
1 1/2 c. half and half
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Muenster cheese, shredded
Cooking Directions:
Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Place 1 cup rice on bottom of dish. Cover with 1/2 cup of broccoli. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup croutons. Repeat with rice and broccoli. Combine half and half, eggs, sour cream, salt, mustard, and pepper. Stir in Muenster cheese. About 1 hour before serving, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pour egg mixture over casserole and top with rest of cheddar cheese and croutons. Bake 40-50 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
