Chicken Yum Yum Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian Salad dressing1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 (10 oz.) jar pineapple and apricot preserves
1/4 tsp. curry powder
2 broiler-fryer chickens, disjointed or 6 chicken breasts, skinned and split
Cooking Directions:
Combine Russian dressing, soup mix, preserves and curry powder in a small bowl; mix well. Place chicken in single layer, skin side up, in a large shallow baking dish. Pour dressing mixture over chicken.Bake at 325 degrees basting occasionally with pan drippings for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Yield 6 to 8 servings.
