Chicken-artichoke-sausage Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 piece chicken per person, thigh or breast2 links sausage per person (brown if desired but not necessary)
1 can artichoke hearts (or 2 per person)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts
Red or white wine to taste (approx. 1 can)
Cooking Directions:
Blend soup and wine. Add all other ingredients and spoon over chicken in casserole or roasting pan. Bake covered at 350 degrees 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer. Serve over rice.Other Recipes you might like:
