Chicken Stock Recipe
Ingredients:
2 chicken carcasses1 carrot, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery
2 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. black peppercorns
Cooking Directions:
Put all the above ingredients in a stock pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, skimming off the scum and fat. Reduce heat to simmer for 2 hours. Strain. Good for soup and stir fry recipes.Other Recipes you might like:
