Manhattan Clam Chowder Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. clams1/2 gal. water
1/2 tbsp. thyme leaves
1/2 tbsp. cracked pepper
1 tbsp. chicken base
1-2 bay leaves
1-2 onions
1-2 green peppers
Cooking Directions:
Cook above together about 1 hour. Covered. 3-4 diced potatoes 2 tbsp. butterAdd and return to boil. More water can be added if needed. Cube 1 package cod or other fish. Add and cook until fish is done.
