Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cans green chilies2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 med. cartons sour cream
2 cans boned chicken
12 lg. flour tortilla
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Cooking Directions:
Mix these ingredients together.12 lg. flour tortilla2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Spoon some of the top mix on each tortilla shell. Sprinkle with cheese and roll up. Lay side by side in a 9 x 13 inch pan; cover with remaining mix and then rest of cheese. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
