Creamed Cabbage Potato Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
1 med. onion, chopped1 sm. head cabbage, cut up
3 lg. potatoes, cubed
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
4 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper
Cooking Directions:
Add water to almost cover vegetables in large pot. Add salt. Cook until tender. Add white sauce. White Sauce: Melt butter over low heat; add flour, salt and pepper. Stir until blended. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk and return to heat. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until thick and smooth.Other Recipes you might like:
