Creamed Potato Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
4 potatoes, cubed1 med. onion, cubed
4 pieces celery, cubed
1 can corn
2 tbsp. butter
1 qt. milk
Parsley
Cooking Directions:
Cook potatoes and onion and celery until tender in enough water to barely cover (with a little salt). Add corn, milk and 1 tablespoon parsley, cut fine. Bring to a boiling point. Then turn off heat, put in 2 tablespoons butter.Other Recipes you might like:
