Weight Watchers Golden Cream Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

4 (3 oz.) potatoes, peeled & cut
1 c. water
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Cooking Directions:

Cook above ingredients together and mash potatoes. Add: 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes 2 c. milk (I use 1%) 2 tsp. flour 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Heat together. Makes 4 servings.

1 serving = 8 opt. calories, 1 bread ex., 3/4 vegetable, 1/2 milk, 2 protein - from cheese.
