Egg Drop Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cans chicken broth2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
2 tbsp. diced green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
Mix broth and cornstarch together while cold. Add green onions. Beat 2 eggs and add when the broth comes to a boil, stirring with a fork. Season with salt and pepper and serve.Other Recipes you might like:
