Egg Drop Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed chicken broth
1 1/4 c. water
2 tsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 eggs, beaten

Cooking Directions:

Mix broth, water, onion, soy sauce in 1 1/2 quart saucepan. Heat to boiling. Pour eggs into mixture in slow stream gently stirring until eggs form strings. Makes 4 servings.
