Egg Drop Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
2 eggs1 tsp. salt
2 c. chicken stock
2 tsp. finely chopped green pepper
Cooking Directions:
Beat eggs. Add a pinch of salt. Set aside. Bring stock to a boil. Slowly pour beaten eggs into boiling stock, stirring constantly, cook 1 minute. Place remaining salt and onions in a serving bowl. Add soup. Serve hot. Makes 4 servings.Other Recipes you might like:
