O.'s Irish O'garlic Mulligan Stew Recipe

Ingredients:

5-6 links Johnsonville Irish O'Garlic sausage
28 oz. can beef broth
16 oz. can lima beans, drained
12 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
14 oz. can whole tomatoes, drained
1/2 c. water
2 med. carrots, peeled
2 med. potatoes, peeled
1 stalk celery
1 sm. onion
1 sm. zucchini
1 whole bay leaf
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 whole garlic pepper
2-3 tbsp. cornstarch

Cooking Directions:

In 6 quart soup pot add water and sausage. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Uncover and brown sausage for 15-20 minutes. Remove from pot. Add broth, lima beans, corn, bay leaf and Worcestershire sauce. Dice and add carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, celery, zucchini, pepper and onion. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Slice sausage then add to mixture. Stir.

Combine cornstarch and water and add. Stir until thickened. Simmer 10 minutes. Serves 4-6.
