Tarragon Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

6-8 chicken thighs
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. jellied consomme
1/2 c. vermouth
2 tbsp. tomato puree
1 tbsp. dried tarragon

Cooking Directions:

Remove skin from chicken thighs. Saute in butter. Mix consomme, vermouth and tomato puree. Pour over chicken. Add tarragon; stir and cover. Simmer until chicken is tender.
