Manhattan Clam Chowder Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 lb. salt pork2-3 onions, chopped fine
8 med. potatoes, cut fine
2 cans tomato soup
4 cans minced clams
Cooking Directions:
Cut salt pork; cook in pan with onions. Stir until onions are partly cooked. Put potatoes in big pan and add salt pork and onions. Just cover with boiling water and cook until potatoes are soft (about 15 minutes). Add juice, clams and tomato soup. Heat up but do not boil.Other Recipes you might like:
