Polish Chili Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground chuck or 2 lbs. Polish sausage1 qt. tomatoes
1 1/2 qts. tomato juice
1 qt. corn (whole)
1 qt. kidney beans
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
Cooking Directions:
Brown meat, drain off fat. Mix all ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours. May be made ahead of time and frozen. Serve with crackers, grated cheese and tossed salad. Add a light dessert. Makes a complete meal.Other Recipes you might like:
