Sausage In Polish Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
2 onions, sliced3 tsp. butter
Kielbasa
1 1/2 c. bouillon
12 oz. beer
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4-6 boiled potatoes
Cooking Directions:
Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter until golden. Add sausage, bouillon and beer. Simmer 20 minutes. Blend flour into 1 tablespoon butter. Stir in broth. Add vinegar, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Add potatoes. Cook on medium heat 10-15 minutes. Slice sausage into chunks. Serve.Other Recipes you might like:
