Mongole Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. green split peas2 c. chopped celery
1 lg. carrot, chopped
1/2 tsp. Greek seasoning
2 qts. water
2 c. chopped ham
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
Cooking Directions:
Soak the split peas overnight or at least 2 hours. Drain. Add other ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer very slowly about 2 hours. Add more water if soup is too thick.Other Recipes you might like:
