Creamy Strawberry Jello Mold Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lg. pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, defrosted2 lg. boxes strawberry Jello
3 c. sour cream
3 c. boiling water
Cooking Directions:
Mix the Jello powder and sour cream until it is like a paste. Then add 3 cups boiling water and mix until dissolved. Stir in defrosted strawberries with liquid. Pour into greased Jello mold and let it set overnight.Variations: Lime Jello with mandarin oranges, or mayonnaise in place of sour cream.
