Crock Pot Chili Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. pork, cubed - pork chops work well, so does canned pork1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Sm. can diced jalapenos
Sm. can diced green chilies
2 to 4 garlic cloves, finely diced
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. water
2 tbsp. oil
Cooking Directions:
Brown pork in oil. Add flour. Stir until pork is coated and flour is brown. Put the pork and all remaining ingredients in the crock pot and simmer until pork is soft - 3 to 4 hours on high or 6 to 7 hours on low -- low is preferable.Other Recipes you might like:
