Beef Burgundy Recipe
Ingredients:
4 lbs. chuck roast cubed1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. condensed onion soup
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. burgundy
6 oz. canned whole mushrooms, drained
4 c. rice, cooked
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Brown beef in oil. Place in 3 quart casserole and add soup, garlic and wine. Cover tightly. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Add mushrooms last 15 minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 8.Other Recipes you might like:
