Vichyssoise Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cans chicken broth2 cans potato soup
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 (8 oz.) sour cream (may substitute 8 oz. plain yogurt)
Cooking Directions:
Garnish with chopped chives or black olives, sliced.Combine soups and onion in blender at medium high speed. Add sour cream at low speed. Chill. Garnish when served. Serves 8.
