Biscoits Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter1 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. anise flavoring
1 c. slivered almonds
Cooking Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, blending well. Add rest of ingredients. Turn onto a lightly floured board and knead until smooth. Divide dough in half and form into 2 rolls, the length of a cookie sheet and about 1 1/2 inch thick. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm to touch. Slice each roll crosswise into 1/2 inch slices. Place back on cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes longer on each side until lightly browned.Other Recipes you might like:
