Biscotta Recipe
Ingredients:
4 eggs, slightly beaten1 tbsp. baking powder
3 1/3 c. flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. anise flavoring
1 1/3 sticks butter (softened)
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, blend well. Add anise flavoring. Mix flour and baking powder together. Mix well. Form dough on lightly greased cookie sheet (into long cylinder shape) and bake 20 to 25 minutes. Take out of oven. Slice diagonally and put back in oven for 5 minutes; cool. Drizzle cookies with thin powdered sugar glaze mixed with water and sprinkle with small candies.Other Recipes you might like:
