Easy Garden Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. chopped zucchini1 c. chopped tomato
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper or to taste
Cooking Directions:
Grease a deep pie plate, 10" x 1 1/2". Sprinkle tomato, onion, zucchini and cheese on bottom.Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in a blender on High. Pour into pie plate.
Bake 35 minutes until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Variation: One cup cooked chicken may be added with the vegetables.
