Sour Cream Chili Bake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, drained
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. shredded sharp cheese (4 oz.)
1 sm. onion, diced
1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese (2 oz.)

Cooking Directions:

Brown ground beef in skillet and drain. Stir in beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, onion and 1 cup shredded sharp cheese (4 oz.).

Set aside 1 cup corn chips; crush remaining chips. Mix chips and meat mixture.

Put in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and spoon sour cream atop casserole; sprinkle with the 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup of corn chips around edges and bake, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes more. Makes 6 servings. Serve with salad.
