Barley Hot Dish Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c. barley1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can peas with juice
2 c. chopped celery
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cooking Directions:
Boil barley in 4 cups of water until done. Brown beef and onion. Mix all ingredients together and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.Other Recipes you might like:
