Meat And Barley Sausage Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs. ground pork shoulder
2 c. cooked barely
1 c. milk or meat stock
1 sm. onion, grated
Salt, pepper to taste
Sausage casings

Cooking Directions:

Mix all ingredients well. Fill large clean sausage casings with mixture. Boil in salt water or place in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
