Meat And Barley Sausage Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground pork shoulder2 c. cooked barely
1 c. milk or meat stock
1 sm. onion, grated
Salt, pepper to taste
Sausage casings
Cooking Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Fill large clean sausage casings with mixture. Boil in salt water or place in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
