Basil Carrots Recipe
Ingredients:
6 med. carrots, pared & thinly sliced2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried basil
Cooking Directions:
Melt butter in heavy skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer gently 10 to 12 minutes or until carrots are tender crisp. Serves 6.Other Recipes you might like:
