Beef Noodle Medley Recipe
Ingredients:
8 oz. pkg. noodles1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. plain yogurt
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 1/2 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
9 oz. pkg. frozen green beans
1 tbsp. pimiento
Cooking Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions. Toss with butter and set aside in 2 quart baking dish. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain. Combine soup, yogurt, 1/2 cheese portion, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Stir into ground beef mixture. Place mixture then into center of noodles and arrange green beans around meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese and pimiento, returning to oven just to melt cheese.Other Recipes you might like:
