Vegetable Medley Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can artichoke hearts, drained1 (8 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) can cut way beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) can sliced carrots, drained
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. pitted ripe olives
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. oregano
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill. (It is better made a day ahead.) Makes 8 servings.Other Recipes you might like:
