Vegetable Medley Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c. sliced onions
2 c. 2 inch celery strips
1 1/2 c. carrot strips
2 c. fresh or cooked green beans (18 oz. pkg. frozen)
3/4 c. green pepper strips
4 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 c. tomatoes

Cooking Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and place in tightly foil-covered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.

Serves 8.
