Broccoli Beef Squares Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
1 can mushrooms, stems and pieces
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
1/3 c. chopped onions
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. cold water
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
Cooking Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees, grease 9x13 pan. Cook and stir beef until brown (drain), stir in mushrooms and 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese and onion. Set aside. Mix baking mix and water and remaining cheddar cheese until soft dough forms. Pat down in pan with floured hands. Spread beef mixture over dough, sprinkle with broccoli. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over broccoli. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
