Pineapple - Beet Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
2 1/2 c. flour2 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. drained pineapple
1 (16 oz.) can drained beets, crushed or grated
Cooking Directions:
