Pineapple Beets Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. cornstarch1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. butter
1 can beets, whole
1 c. pineapple tidbits
Cooking Directions:
Stir cornstarch in 1/2 cup pineapple juice to make smooth paste. Add remaining pineapple juice, sugar and vinegar. Mix well. Cook over low heat until thickened and clear. Stir constantly. Add butter and pineapple tidbits; drain beets. Cut in half; add to above. Heat well and serve.Other Recipes you might like:
