8 oz. Cheese Whiz, 1 c. COOKED rice, 1 pkg. COOKED broccoli, 1 can mushroom soup, Chopped onions, approximately 1/4 c., 1/2 stick butter

20 oz. bag broccoli, thaw and drain, 4 c. cut up chicken or turkey, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. sour cream, Velveeta, 1 can French fried onions

1/4 c. soy sauce, 1/4 c. Worcestershire, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. ground ginger (opt.), 1 lb. boneless chicken, cut in 1/2" cubes, 2 c. broccoli, 2 c. celery, 2 c. sliced carrots, Bean sprouts or any other Chinese vegetable
