6 med. tomatoes, 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp. snipped parsley, 2 tsp. snipped chives, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. dried basil, 1/4 tsp. dried dillweed, 1/8 tsp. dried thyme, 1/8 tsp. dried oregano, Dash salt, 3 tbsp. butter
2. Broiled Mackerel
2 tsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, 2 lb. mackerel, split, 1/2 clove garlic, chopped fine, 1 tbsp. chopped parsley, 1 sm. can tomatoes, 2 tbsp. water, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 3 tbsp. mackerel cut into 4 pieces

3 tomatoes, halved, 1 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. basil, Salt, Pepper, black, 1/4 c. bread crumbs, 6 oz. Bleu cheese, 1/4 c. butter, clarified
