Broiled Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

3-4 whole fresh tomatoes
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Melted butter

Cooking Directions:

Cut the tomatoes in half. Extract about one tablespoon of tomato pulp from each half to form a small cavity. Arrange in buttered casserole. Fill each cavity with a mixture of: bread crumbs, parsley, garlic salt, basil, salt and pepper. Moisten each tomato with a small amount of melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
