Broiled Trout Recipe
Ingredients:
Trout filletsOlive oil
Italian bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Tomato sauce
Cooking Directions:
Place fillets in bottom of baking dish. Pour olive oil around fillets until it comes up the sides but not over the top of fillets. Put 1 spoonful tomato sauce over top of fish. Put in broiler until fish begins to brown. Remove; sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese. Replace in broiler. Leave only seconds, until top is brown.Other Recipes you might like:
