Ingredients:

3/4 lb. sausage
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® Brown Rice
1 can mushrooms (optional)

Cooking Directions:

Brown sausage. Drain. Cook rice. Add sausage (and mushrooms) to rice. Serves 5.
