Date Nut Balls - No Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. (sm. pkg.) dates, cut fine1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
Pinch of salt (optional)
Cooking Directions:
Cook in double boiler until thick - about 30 minutes. Cool and add 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts and 2 cups Rice Krispies. Cool to handle. Form into small balls and roll in flaked coconut or crushed Rice Krispies.Other Recipes you might like:
