"miss Maggie's" Butternut Squash Recipe

Ingredients:

Butternut squash
Salt
Brown sugar
Butter

Cooking Directions:

Cut squash in half lengthwise. Remove pulp. Bake face down in 1/2 inch salted water at 350 degrees until almost tender. Make paste of brown sugar and butter. Spread generously over top of squash. Cover and continue to bake until tender.
