"miss Maggie's" Butternut Squash Recipe
Ingredients:
Butternut squashSalt
Brown sugar
Butter
Cooking Directions:
Cut squash in half lengthwise. Remove pulp. Bake face down in 1/2 inch salted water at 350 degrees until almost tender. Make paste of brown sugar and butter. Spread generously over top of squash. Cover and continue to bake until tender.Other Recipes you might like:
