Gingered Butternut Squash Recipe
Ingredients:
2 med. butternut squash (2 lbs.), peeled, cut into 2 inch cubes2 tbsp. each butter, packed light brown sugar
1 tbsp. minced candied ginger
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
1/2 c. orange juice
Cooking Directions:
Mix ingredients. Turn into buttered casserole and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. (Nice with chopped nuts on top.)Other Recipes you might like:
