Candied Squash Rings Recipe

Ingredients:

2 acorn squash
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. soft butter

Cooking Directions:

Cut 2 acorn squash crosswise in 1-inch slices. Discard seeds and ends; season. Arrange in single layer in shallow baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Combine 2/3 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup soft butter; spread over squash. Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes, basting occasionally. Serves 6.
