Potato - Carrot Steamed Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. shredded potato1 c. shredded carrot
1 c. ground suet
1 c. raisins, cut up
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. buttermilk or sour milk
Cooking Directions:
Mix all ingredients to a stiff batter. Pour batter into a well greased mold and steam for 2 1/2 hours. Serve with hard sauce.Other Recipes you might like:
