Lyonnaised Carrots Recipe
Ingredients:
4 med. carrots, cut in strips3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
Cooking Directions:
Saute onion in butter. Add cooked carrots, sugar and parsley. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Toss and heat.Other Recipes you might like:
