Swiss Vegetable Medley Recipe
Ingredients:
1 bag (20 oz.) frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French Fried Onion Rings
Add salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
Combine the above ingredients with the exception of the onion rings, in a large casserole dish. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out of oven. Top with onion rings and bake for 5 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
