Swiss Vegetable Medley Recipe
Ingredients:
16 oz. bag frozen broccoli, carrot, cauliflower combination, thawed and drained1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese, divided
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 oz. chopped pimento, drained (optional)
2.8 oz. can French fried onions
Cooking Directions:
Combine the vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can of the onions. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.Microwave Directions: Prepare as above. Cook, covered on high for 8 minutes. Stir halfway through. Top with remaining cheese and onions; cook uncovered n high for 1 minute more or until cheese melts. 6 servings.
