1 c. cauliflower, cut up, 1 c. broccoli, cut up, 1 c. carrots, sliced diagonally, 1/2 c. red cabbage, shredded, 1/2 c. onions, sliced, 4 cloves garlic, minced, 1 c. cashews, 1 lb. shrimp, peeled, 1 tbsp. sherry, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, Ground ginger, 1 c. chicken broth, 4 oz. Chinese noodles, Dash of 5 Spice powder, Dash white pepper, Peanut oil

2. Easy Stir Fry
2 1/2 c. cauliflower flowerets, 2 carrots, cut in 1/2" slices, 2 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets, 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced, 5 green onions, sliced, 1/2 lb. asparagus, sliced, 1 lb. frozen shrimp or chicken breast, sliced, 3 tsp. ginger, 1/2 c. chicken stock, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. cornstarch

1 c. minute rice, cooked, 1 1/3 c. lite mayonnaise, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, Dash Tabasco sauce, 4 green onions, chopped, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. stuffed olives, sliced, 1 c. raw cauliflower, broken in sm. rosettes, 1 1/2 c. canned shrimp, rinsed and drained

Meat: Beef, chicken, pork, shrimp, etc., Vegetables: Cabbage, Chinese cabbage, tofu, snow peas, cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, green onions, etc., Eggs: 1 per person, Barbecue sauce, or other sauces, Broth



6. Shrimp-vegetable Tumble
1 lb. med. size raw shrimp, shelled and de-veined, 1 tbsp. dry sherry, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. cornstarch, Cooking Sauce (directions follow), 3 tbsp. salad oil, 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed, 3 tsp. chopped fresh ginger, 2 1/2 c. cauliflower flowerets, cut in 1/2 inch slices, 2 med. size carrots, cut in 1/2 inch slanting slices, 4 tbsp. water, 2 1/2 c. sm. broccoli flowerets, 1/4 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced, 5 green onions, cut in 1 1/2 inch lengths

7. Marinated Shrimp With Vegetable Stir Fry And Rice
1 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, 1/2 c. sherry, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 sm. zucchini squash, 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower, 3 c. instant rice or 2 c. raw rice

8. Vegetable Salad
3 c. cauliflower, 3 c. broccoli, 8 oz. sm. frozen cooked shrimp or crab, 1/2 c. frozen cooked peas, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. celery, 8 oz. sour cream, 1/2 c. salad dressing, 1/4 c. milk, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 4 tsp. sugar, 4 tsp. dill weed, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper

4 c. uncooked macaroni, 1/2 c. French dressing, 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp or 1 (10 oz.) frozen shrimp, 1 c. green onion, chopped, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1 c. raw cauliflower, 1/2 c. olives, 1 c. celery, chopped, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. chili sauce
