Vegetable Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c. cauliflower3 c. broccoli
8 oz. sm. frozen cooked shrimp or crab
1/2 c. frozen cooked peas
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. celery
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cooking Directions:
Cut in bite-size pieces.SAUCE:
8 oz. sour cream1/2 c. salad dressing1/4 c. milk2 tsp. lemon juice4 tsp. sugar4 tsp. dill weed1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix together, toss with vegetables. Chill. Enjoy! Serves 12.
